Casa María doesn't work with a printed menu. Every morning the family goes to the market, chooses the freshest produce, and builds the day's tasting menu around it — the same five courses for the whole room, made with care.
The result is a shared experience: dishes arriving at the center of the table, their own house wine, and service that treats you like a guest at home — not a customer.
